SAECDTU Government Efficiency - service delivery, care to state employed teachers, in particular foundation phase i.e ECD, Grade R, SGB & Retired Teachers; (notwithstanding) Grade 1-125 Universities & Colleges.
- Underlined Modalities:
- - Reformation e.g. Sector Determination: Basic Education (in which "Life g§ifyintor was a precedent to all Departments of Republic of South Africa.
- - Restitution e.g. On Laws & Acts pertaining the Education System, (Investigate Derogatory Processes [Acts & Policies] underwent when concocting the white paper)
- - Reiteration e.g. Foundation Phase as the important element for the growth of every child in our society, in which a whole lot of us and our children including the Minister of DBE Gwarube, I am not sure of Minister Angie Motshegoa (Whether she attended Grade Rt maybe Kindergarten) but I am sure of this new generation; who attends both ECD & Grade R successional.
- - Revocation - all Bills that seeks to undermine our democracy and the "rule of law" for example: when you derogate or phasing out a qualification, the Department must employ a transitional arrangement through proper consultation and consideration of all who qualified and are still qualifying for the qualification; must consider the economic impact to the students in question and teachers in question.
Definitions, Vision & Mission:
SAECDTU is first an organization comprised of teachers, lawgivers in the legislative framework, contracted lawyers in constitutional, corporate and labour law; mainly to advocate for the demised, degraded, regressed, marginalized, neglected, segregated, dehumanised and in-dignified - hardworking practitioners and teachers in particular; ECD, Grade R, SGB and Retired Teachers who served and still serves this country through playtime education and clean-slate education but yet to be recognised, absorbed and compensated.
SAECDTU carries a DNA for all ECD Practitioners, Grade R Teachers, SGB Educators and Retired Teachers. By teachers, for teachers.
SAECDTU is a national united front of all forums in the country with a commonality to advocate for on behalf n of all our practitioners I teachers.
SAECDTU is a dual teachers' revolutionary machinery; as a lobby group and a united forum (union).
SAECDTU shall remain a lobby group as its main objective, in order to maintain its militant approach on matters of national interest, effectiveness towards undefiled resolution and independent advocacy for on behalf of its members.
SAECDTU slogan is inspired by humanitarian work for justice after 30 years of consistent failure on integration of our mainstream education, to-date. Our members have endured a long over injury since the democratic dispensation and the inception of Grade R in South Africa. A long overdue Injury is now an "Injustice" - "Injustice to One - Injustice to Air.
SAECDTU alludes Confidant-ship as its membership and leadership. Trust &support as a tool.
